🦄 UNICORN ALERT 🦄
Giorgi Natenadze’s wines will make you question everything you thought you knew about natural wine.
Giorgi is the only person in the world who forages grapes from free wine trees growing in the forest and in old destroyed and abandoned villages in his native, volcanic mountaineer region of Meskheti (south of Georgia, bordering Türkiye).
Georgia is the first winemaking country in the world, and research by Georgian scientists indicate that the birthplace of Georgian wine is the Meskheti Region.
Most of the grape trees are more than 100-200 years old and the biggest tree is more the 400 years old, incredibly enough it is still alive and gives him grapes for his wine.
The wine trees grow between 1000 – 1650 meters in dry continental volcanic region, mostly basalt stones and limestone soil. The wines are made in very limited quantities in quevri as per the traditional Georgian method, giving around 5000-6000 bottles per year of different grapes, which give absolutely unique different aromas.
Everything is wild and natural in Meskheti, and so are his wines. Taste them and you will feel at one with Queen Tamara and the Meskhetian history legends – Gaumarjos!
🍷✨ An absolute GEM from the sun-drenched vineyards of Catalunya! 🌞🌿
Introducing the extraordinary wines from Costador Winery, renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to organic winemaking.
With meticulous attention to detail and respect for nature, and an unwavering commitment to biodynamic and natural practices, Costador Wines has captured the essence of the region, allowing the vines to thrive in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem. Every sip reveals a symphony of flavors, reflecting the unique terroir of the region and the skillful hands that nurture the grapes.
Located to the west of Penedès and north of Priorat, the vineyard is close to the small town of Conca de Barbera. All the vines are old vines planted in the mountain landscape between 500 and 864 meters above sea level on limestone soil. The contrast of the climate gives the wines freshness and perfect acidity.
In the cellar, winemaker Joan Franquet uses cold pre-fermentation as well as a starter. He does not use hard extraction or pumping-over. Depending on the cuvée, fermentation takes place in vats, amphora, demi-muids or French oak barrels of several uses.
Savor the magic of Costador together and embark on a remarkable journey through the vineyards of Catalunya🌍
🍀Verde que te quiero verde - It’s Verdejo fiesta with the Malaparte couple from the heart of Castilla y León!
Ruben and Elisa are a restless duo: they take care of 5.5 ha of their own eco-certified vineyard, and they also work with other winegrowers thanks to a project called “Uvas Nomadas” (nomadic grapes) that every year since 2013 has allowed them to produce cool cuvées with a wide variety of grapes (Garnacha, Tinta de Toro, Rufete, Godello, Viura etc.).
The area where the Bodega is located is at 900m altitude and is very cold in winter (it records the lowest temperatures in Spain). This allows to “clean” the wines naturally. Also, the snow-covered wine landscapes are breathtaking!
What we really enjoy as professionals is their ability to get creative with the iconic Verdejo grape. Get ready for some (not so) serious maceration and fizz! 🤪
🌹💦 Gamay all day!
We are honored to present this mineral madness to Geneva in the form of pure juice by winemakers Séverine Vidalat and Rémi Barbossa.
Settled in Beaujolais, the couple works their 2 acres without any chemistry but with a lot of poetry, friendship and honesty.
Their old vines (60-80 years and 100+ years) of 100% Gamay express themselves in structure and finesse, and of course that beautiful Beaujolais minerality that we love so much, ulala.
It's the terroir that speaks, and according to Séverine and Remi they are "only there to accompany the wine" - and you can't find better than these two wine-poets for that!
🍇 A journey through time and tradition 🍇
Since 1405, the seeds of passion and dedication have been sown, cultivating a legacy that has blossomed into Vinyes Singulars, a family project that continues to thrive in the heart of winemaking. 🌱🍷
Over 600 harvests have woven a tapestry of tradition that flows through their veins, shaping an honor for the 22nd and 23rd generations to nurture and enhance this timeless heritage, starting Vinyes Singulars in 2009.
Rooted in Pacs del Penedès, Vinyes Singulars embraces the Penedès wine region, spanning 120 hectares across 5 municipalities. The estate breathes life into horticulture, cereals, olive trees, and the vibrant colors of vegetable gardens. A harmonious partnership with a beekeeper yields their very own golden elixir - honey. 🍯
Diversity thrives within their vineyards, a mosaic of 12 native grape varieties, each with a story of its own. From the noble Macabeu to the spirited Xarel.lo Vermell, the vines paint a portrait of history in every sip. 🍇🎨
As the journey of tradition unfolds, commitment remains unwavering. The essence of vins brisats dances on the palate, an ode to skin maceration, and the gentle embrace of chestnut wood barrels that cradle the wines. 🌳🍷
The bond with the vineyard and the promise to Mother Nature herself propel them towards a higher calling. Minimal intervention is their anthem, as wines emerge unburdened by sulfites or preservatives. Clarity and purity reign as non-filtration and non-clarification unlock the authentic tale of each bottle. ✨
In every glass of Vinyes Singulars, one tastes the labor of generations, the sun-soaked earth, and the essence of a familial commitment that spans centuries. You will embrace the transparent beauty of nature's bounty with Ignasi's wines, enjoy🥂
Free your wine and your mind will follow
This is Romain’s motto and philosophy, and his wines are W-I-L-D. Located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Beaujolais close to Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, Romain is an icon and pioneer on the natural wine scene. He produces bubbly, slim and radically natural wines made from both from gamay and from crazy hybrids.
Typically low on alcohol and high on pleasure and originality, Romain’s wine are a true pleasure to drink, and it is hard to explain how it is possible to have such fresh, living wine with great acidity AND at the same time with structure. The result is that you will quickly find yourself finishing one bottle after another!
Being a multifaceted talent, Romain is as original as his wines: At every harvest and the annual Bojalien festival he takes his piano with wheels to the field and plays for the wines. Ah yes, he also grows cereal, and makes beer and a non-alcoholic marvel, l’Antidote.
As we say in French, his wines are “incontournable”!
The Span-Aussie that made us fall for Gredos terroir 🦘🏔️
Meet Daniel Ramos, the visionary winemaker who, alongside his partner Pepi San Juan, has created something truly exceptional in the heart of Cebreros, a historical wine region nestled within the Sierra de Gredos, some 80 kilometers southwest of Madrid.
Their vineyards are perched high in the mountains, ranging from 600 to 1,200 meters in altitude. The unique terroir of Gredos offers them a remarkable blend of Schist and Granitic Sand soils, enriching their vines with a rich mineral essence that shines through in every bottle of wine they produce.
At Ramos Wines, their philosophy is simple yet profound - they make wines that they love, terroir-driven wines that showcase the purest expression of their grapes. They believe in cultivating their vineyards with the utmost respect for the environment, integrating them harmoniously into the surrounding ecosystem. Their commitment to organic farming, guided by lunar phases and the saint calendar, allows them to nurture grapes that carry the aromas and minerality of their environment. 🌱🌕
In their winemaking process, they let nature take the lead. Indigenous yeast, minimal intervention, and no fining or filtering ensure that the soul of their wines remains vibrant and alive. 🍇🌿
Their vineyards are their pride and joy, and they meticulously select the best grapes from diverse plots across the region, each with its unique orientation and soil type. This diversity allows them to showcase the true essence of Gredos terroir in every bottle. 🌍
A disfrutar! 🍷✨
